This machine is a combination of the 450L sealing and cutting machine and the 4020 shrinking machine, specially designed for packaging various products. It can package items into different sizes, and you can adjust relevant parameters as required. The working area is equipped with safety protection devices, which makes it safer to use.
Machine Advantages:
1. Adopting anti adhesive and high-temperature resistant alloy sealing knife, the knife is coated with PTFE non adhesive film on the outside, and the sealing knife temperature control adopts "Xinpu" digital temperature controller and imported thermal sensing control, with adjustable temperature from 0-400 degrees.
2. The induction switch adopts the Japanese "Omron" photoelectric sensor, which accurately and sensitively detects product transportation and stopping, accurately controls the time of recycling waste, and accurately controls the length of film feeding.
3.Famous brand motor, pure copper coil, stable and powerful power, smooth operation, making packaging smoother.
4.Versatile Conveyor Belts: The chain-type conveyor belt, composed of chains and conveyor plates/belts, has strong load-bearing capacity . It has properties like oil resistance, corrosion resistance, cold resistance, and cut resistance. It not only has higher tensile strength, better flexibility, light weight, thin thickness, and toughness than ordinary conveyor belts but also offers oil resistance, non-toxicity, hygiene, and easy cleaning.
4.User-friendly Operation and Safety: One-button on/off enables easy operation. The easy-to-detach fastener design allows for easy opening and cleaning. The safety protection design ensures worry-free use.
