This machine adopts microcomputer programming control, variable frequency speed regulation, touch panel operation, high degree of automation, and is an ideal bubble packaging equipment. The product has passed the provincial-level technical achievement appraisal.
Product Features:
1.The molding, heat sealing, batch marking, indentation, punching and other devices are all positioned by a toothed spindle, and can be easily moved on the spindle by shaking the handle. The machine is equipped with a ruler for easy calibration and quick and accurate positioning.
2.Servo traction, adopts a dual pendulum device, which increases the adjustable range of traction stroke (up to 80mm) and can adapt to packaging of various sizes of medicine plates. The machine is capable of plate heating, positive pressure forming, upper and lower mesh forming, cylinder heat sealing, automatic feeding, automatic indentation and batch marking, and automatic punching of plates, with simple operation and reliable performance.
3.Positive pressure air forming combined with mechanical punch (optional) ensures uniform and firm bubble forming, suitable for packaging larger or special shaped objects such as high-density pellets and medical devices; Equipped with a dedicated automatic feeder, it can adapt to the packaging of ampoules, injections, penicillin bottles, etc., with a wide range of applications.
4.The main transmission part adopts a parallel axis helical gear reducer, and the molds for molding, heat sealing, indentation, etc. are positioned with small nails,The pressure plate is securely fastened, accurately positioned, easy to change molds, and saves packaging materials.
