Equipment introduction:
1.YMJ type coconut meat grinder uses the centrifugal force of the sawtooth rotor to grind the coconut into small particles around 2mm ;
2.The machine is mainly composed of feeding hopper, scraping device, grinding disc, saw tooth, frame, main shaft, bearing housing, motor.
3.The coconut meat enters the hopper and the coconut flakes are forced onto the grinding disc through the feed guide strip to grind to obtain small granules of coconut meat.

Working principle :
The spiral structure is distributed around the crushing chamber. After the materials enter the crushing chamber, under the action of the spiral and the rotating cone disc, they will continue to exert pressure on the crushing cone disc. Toothed blades are evenly distributed on the rotating cutter disc. The blades that rotate with the cone disc will cut, strike and grind the coconut meat, thus crushing the materials into granules.
