Remarks: Each blade has 3 fixing bolts and 2 adjusting bolts. When cut thick slices, loosen the fixing bolts slightly, use the adjusting bolts to push out the blade to reach the required thickness, and then tighten the fixing bolts. When cutting thin slices, the opposite is OK.
