                                                          Industrial Hydraulic Vacuum Tumbler Machine 
Introduction:
The hydraulic vacuum tumbler is a core equipment in food processing (especially for meat and poultry products). It controls the tilting/turning of the drum via a hydraulic system, combined with a vacuum environment to achieve uniform mixing and flavor penetration of materials and marinades. It is widely used in the marinating process of sausages, hams, chicken nuggets and other products.


Working Principle: 
1.Vacuum Sealing: After closing the chamber door, air is extracted to form a negative pressure environment, preventing material oxidation and deterioration.
2.Hydraulic Drive: The hydraulic system controls the drum's forward/reverse rotation and tilt angle (0-90°) to adjust tumbling intensity.
3.Physical Action: When the drum rotates, materials continuously collide, squeeze and tumble under vacuum. Marinades quickly penetrate into the material interior through pressure difference, while damaging muscle fiber structure to lock in moisture and marinades firmly.
