Double Shaft Shredder Machine
Introduction:
Widely used in industrial solid waste, metal scrap, waste plastics, tires, waste rubber, wood, waste paper, paint buckets, waste household appliance shells (plastic and metal shells), waste circuit boards (circuit boards), waste cables, rubber leather, ton bags, films, plywood and other materials.
Characteristics of dual axis shredder:
1. Double blade shaft structure, using multiple blade and multi claw cutting tools, and cooperating with the blade shaft to change multiple angles, saving labor during cutting, strong cutting force, and possessing strong crushing ability;
2. The motor is driven through a gearbox transmission system to achieve low-speed and high torque operation, achieving a crushing effect;
3. Large transmission wheels, made of special materials and hardened by heat treatment, have a long service life;
4. The gearbox adopts an oil inlet pulley, which runs smoothly, has low noise, high torque, and can withstand long-term operation
5. Customers can freely choose between integral shredding blades or assembled detachable blades based on the different properties of the materials;
6. Use advanced simulation software to ensure the mechanical structure of integral or combined blades, avoiding fracture and disassembly
7. Adopting microcomputer PLC automatic control, with functions of start, stop, reverse and overload automatic reverse control.
