Palm oil production process:
People can obtain palm oil (CPO) and palm olein (PE) from palm pulp by boiling, crushing, and extracting; while the palm fruit (namely, palm kernel) is separated during milling. After crushing and removing the shell, the remaining kernels were obtained by extracting palm kernel oil (CPKO) and palm kernel oil (PKE).
The oil palm contains two different oils, palm oil from the pulp, and palm kernel oil from the palm seed (ren), the former of which is more important. All of these products are effectively used in food, chemical, agricultural and other fields. After the initial stages of extraction, crude palm oil and palm kernel oil are sent to the refinery for refining, and after the removal of free fatty acids, natural pigments, and odors, they become salad-grade oils - refined palm oil (RBD PO) and palm oil. Salad oil (RBD PKO). The refined palm oil is nearly colorless and transparent in the liquid state and nearly white in the solid state. In addition, according to the needs of different users, palm oil can be further fractionated and processed to form palm oleic acid (PFAD), palm oil (hereinafter referred to as OLEAN), and palm stearin (referred to as STEARINE or ST). The oil palm fruit contains more lipase, so the harvested fruit must be processed at time .
